Breakfast:
  1. Skim Milk
  2. Tomato-Chicken-Omlette
  3. Celery stick
  4. Pita
Lunch:
  1. Kim-chi, Celery, Tabouli
  2. Sweet Potato on onion/chicken/rice mix
Dinner:
  1. Half cantelope
  2. Half steamed corn cob
  3. Dregs of Tabouli

    I do prepare breakfast and lunch at once. Those middle black dishes are actually cups that go into this awesome bento-box thermos my wife got me just before I left (there's a third cup for soup, but I'm guessing instant miso and the like are out for the PCP, eh?)
